Off-site training for students of the Warsaw University of Technology – MOSTOSTAL PUŁAWY S.A.

On November 28, 2025, students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology visited the Mostostal Puławy S.A. plant to learn more about the production processes related to the production of steel structures.

The students were welcomed by the company’s CEO, Tadeusz Rybak, who presented the company’s history and the profile of its international operations. Later in the training, Mostostal employees discussed the specifics of working on large infrastructure projects. The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to ask questions, exchange experiences, and gain practical information about future career paths.

The field trip also included a tour of the modern hall of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Puławy. The facility, designed by Mostostal Puławy S.A., is distinguished by its impressive use of steel and aesthetic appeal.

The visit concluded with a discussion about the role of modern enterprises in the development of the construction industry and opportunities for internships.
